Does your child dream of being a superhero? Boy have I got the website for you.
I was at home watching my local news about a week ago when a story about local moms came on. These weren't your ordinary moms. These were moms that started businesses and are making a living doing something they love.
As I was watching, a story came on about this mom that makes superhero capes. The companies name is PowerCapes. She said that she was making them for friends and family members children when some friends of hers told her she should make them for a living.
As a mom myself, I decided to head to her website and check these superhero capes out myself. Not only do they have superhero capes, but they also sell superhero masks and wristbands. You can buy them in separates or you can buy a custom superhero costume or personalized superhero cape.
There are several different ready to ship capes or you can order one of the kids capes with your childs initial on it. You can also buy a matching t-shirt to complete your childs superhero look. These superhero capes aren't just for kids! They sell adult size superhero capes too! Just imagine all the fun you and your little superhero can have.
The ready to ship capes are pretty cool and my son LOVES the one I received. We have one of the blue kids capes with a red star on the back. The blue is a royal blue made of satin looking material that prom dresses are made of. The cape goes around your childs neck and two strips of velcro that secures the cape. This is a great feature in case your little superhero gets snagged on something. The collar will break free instead of choking them.
Our superhero cape came via USPS in a small white plastic shipping envelope. The superhero cape was inside a clear packaging bag. Inside the clear bag was a business card with care instructions, email address and website info. The back of the business card had information about a promo PowerCapes is currently having.
I was not able to find anything wrong with the superhero cape we received. Well, I guess the only thing that would be wrong is that he has to take it off to go to sleep, other than that, it's a pretty cool item.
