Xmas Surprise Blown!!

I am so upset today. I received a shipment today that contained a surprise present for my kids for Christmas. Unfortunately, the place I bought it from, Newegg.com, just shipped it in the original packaging and didn't bother putting it in a box. My kids saw it sitting on the front porch when we got home and were all excited.

I had to lie and tell them it was for their cousins. Then I had to listen to them crying for an hour because they want the surprise.

I contacted their customer service to complain but I still haven't heard back from them over this mess. With the holidays coming you would think they would put their shipments into boxes instead of just sending it in the original packaging for everyone to see.

I will NOT be buying anything else from them in the future because of this mess.
