Whole Wheat Tuna and Spinach Wrap with a Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Why waste your lunch time standing in line or waiting in a drive-thru when you can make your own healthy lunch? This tuna wrap is easy to make and perfect for someone on the go. If you are staying in for lunch, the spinach and strawberry salad add a nice refreshing touch to your lunch.

To make the sandwich: Use a whole wheat tortilla, lay a layer of freshly washed and dried spinach down, add a tablespoon full of tuna, and wrap how you desire. That simple!

To make the salad: When making the sandwich make sure to wash enough spinach for your salad, cut up a few strawberries and add to the top of the spinach. You can add a light vinaigrette for added flavor if you wish.
